How does it all work?
No sales pitch. Here's the whole thing.
01 — The call 15 minutes. You tell me what you owe, roughly what the place is worth, and what you're trying to do. You don't need documents. You don't need to prepare anything.
02 — I go and look I compare what's available across my lender panel against where you are now.
03 — I tell you straight If there's something better, I'll show you what it looks like and what switching involves. If there isn't, I'll say so and you've lost 15 minutes.
04 — If you go ahead, I handle it Application, paperwork, valuations, the follow up. You sign things. I chase everything else.
Who Am I?
I'm a Mortgage broker with Strategic Brokers, based in Willoughby, working across Sydney and nationwide.
I'm a property investor myself, so I'm not reading this out of a manual. I know what it feels like to have a loan sitting there quietly costing you money while you're busy with everything else.
My clients are homeowners and investors who want someone to tell them the truth about their position. Not sell them something.
What does it cost?
Nothing.
I get paid by the lender when a loan settles. Not by you. If you don't proceed, I don't get paid, and that's fine. I'd rather you know where you stand.
