Outdoor space (balcony, courtyard etc.)

No gyms, pools or fancy stuff you can get stung for when it needs upgrading

If it’s a house. 🏡

Freestanding

No duplex’s

No new builds

No townhouses or villas linked to strata / community title

Land to expand - Duplex, 2 extra bedrooms, a pool or a granny flat etc.

Older, established property – needs a bit of TLC

Good catchment area for schools, close to malls, high streets or the beach

Good outdoor space

Off-street parking

If it comes new with a fancy brochure, run away... 🏃‍♂️
